So it looks like themes work as expected with Fast Refresh on Next.js 13.0.3, but no longer work with Fast Refresh on 13.0.4.
Disabling **Active Scene Synchronization** for whatever Network Object you're spawning resolves the memory leak.
`pingTimeout` and `pingInterval` can be configured only on the server side. These are server-side options. If you want instant disconnect notifications use `websocket` transport and not `long-polling`.
