windows默认teredo最多只有300kb的路过... 很早之前就这样了，以前速度能上天 ip列表没换

gscan_quic 扫描 IPv6，扫出的IP放入goproxy中，绝大部分IP为 bad_addrs

同上，要是有个乱序扫描功能给不遍历的用就好，百万ip那个每次才扫一点就到5000了
