In which book can the offer then be found? Because it's not in `Vtc/rJXesdkxGHDtzTEgxxbo7h9C1WyVr8NNgw - XRP` and the currency's code *is* Vtc.

@scottschurr Yes, I agree. #4264 is a far better solution. With my little experience, I wouldn't have dared to touch the ledger's internal arithmetics. But you definitely can.

It's not a reserve. You do not get it back. It is a fee, but ideally one that is fixed and completely separate from the common transaction fee.

This has already been fixed at https://github.com/vercel/pkg/blob/edfcc7b139d667d6be0e46f4101e917ca9c154bd/prelude/bootstrap.js#L2197 but somehow isn't included in 5.5.2. The workaround is to have a `node_modules` in the path, otherwise nothing is copied.
