I experience the same thing with the segmented button, but only if scaling is set to 150% or higher.
@Guilherme-Mello This is another scaling issue with customtkinter. The arrows will only look good if Windows screen scaling is set to 100%. I guess yours is higher.

@richiehowelll Not really, @boppreh does not seem to mantain this project anymore. I ended up coding my own solution, as every major keyboard module comes with its own flaws.
