Moved to zsh, eliminated python 2 dependency

This removes the dependency on python 2 present in old script. It also moves to standard zsh. This uses Armin's recommended method https://scriptingosx.com/2020/02/getting-the-current-user-in-macos-update/

Case sensitivity in LCSC autocomplete

When searching for a part using LCSC autocomplete (awesome btw) If you enter a lower case 'c' it will fail whereas an uppercase 'C' returns results. For example, 'c5646' doesn't...

Maybe this is because I can't create a user due to #11 but I don't see any way to delete a Part.
