Postgis is probably missing on your debian. Check the offcicial documentation I close this issue cause it's two years old and it's not related to this project

PG 14 is supported on latest version

With newer versions I think this PR should be merged Ansible 2.9 is now an older version, actually the oldest version we test on this role

Installation fails on Ubuntu 20 (Focal Fossa)

I close this issue because wa can't reproduce, thus now we've got mulecule test with debian and this role is now extensively tested on many debian versions
