function_manager causes ValueError in Networkx

the function `_add_call_to` in `/knowledge_plugins/functions/function_manager.py` calls `self.callgraph.add_edge(function_addr, to_addr, **edge_data)` without checking if `to_addr` is None or not resulting in networkx throwing up
