Add a tooltip with the full date on hover when the date is relative or custom

When the date format is relative or custom (e.g. with year removed), it could be useful to display the complete date in a tooltip on mouse over.

Don't hide the panel automatically

When you lose the focus, the DeepLT panel disappears and the content is lost. DeepLT could keep the content or stay on top (with a button?).

There is a French translation error in the mobile Google Play Store for Notes by Firefox. "crypté" isn't a good translation for "encrypted". It's "chiffré". It's a matter of cryptography....
