Operator <

Implemented the operator < for bigInt class

Removed the margin, since its getting misplaced right from parent div.

Updated the margin to make UI better. Before update: ![before](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/23417550/42174516-42119b5e-7e40-11e8-910f-8ef5b5df4dad.png) After update: ![after](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/23417550/42174533-516a974a-7e40-11e8-9cf5-637f3d994d7b.png) now the panel is placed correctly inside the parent div.
