fixes #5731 Fixed the missing aira-label on Video-Blocks It seems a bit hacky, and also im not sure about the Message Content. Suggestions are welcome.

**Describe the bug** When Inspecting Video-Blocks, I noticed that the Thumbnail doesnt have an aria-label. This makes Screenreaders pretty much ignore the Video Block. **To Reproduce** Inspect the Video Block...

Since Volto Version 17 its not `jsconfig.json` to add our Addon to the Project but `tsconfig.json` Can provide a Pull if needed
