@HeroicKatora I'm fine with either approach. I didn't know if any of the changes I made are *proper* fixes. So this issue was just me sharing my experiments.
So this basically relates to #252, except "partially-invalid" would be more accurate than "incomplete", and you wouldn't want the decoder to give up as early as possible if you want...

There is also `C-a` and `C-x` for incrementing/decrementing the last number in URL.
