Added sharding, stats commands.

I added sharding to the bot, and added some stats commands. But i had to delete keep_alive.js so sharding would work. Also i fixed some issues with help command.

Larger files are not uploading for me huh, the files size of larger than 100 mb seem to fail and in the browser the error is 413
