You are trying to use Steam in an unsupported way. This really isnt a twin issue.
The only tip i could give is not to try, there are missing dependencies in the termux repo last i tried.

interesting idea. It might be possible though for things like the RPI chip and the like it is a bit easier than packaging for android. If it can be done...
