I think this behaviour also leads to another bug I'm encountering: If you have a "normal" `embed` inside a `polymorphic_embed`, the "normal" embedded one no longer gets automatically generated ids...

FWIW: Not an expert on the otel semantic conventions, but as a user of Oban and OpenTelemetry instrumentation, this looks good to me!

@dddunst have you tried restarting the communication module or disconnecting it from your network for ~10 minutes. I have the same model and have to disconnect it from the network...

From my experience it has to be somewhat extended amount of time, I've settled on 10 minutes which works, shorter amounts of times don't always work.
