In my case, it simply helped to completely delete the wings.db file instead of editing its contents. All actions (Schedules etc) work fine.

Both ports (tcp/8080 and tcp/2022) must be accessible by the end user. Port tcp/8080 is responsible for WebSocket communications as well as downloading files.

The portainer data is stored in a volume labeled portainer_data and assigned to /data. This is somewhat confusing because the same directory is used to store the data
