md-table-pagination Page selector with 'big data'

@Mechzeit @nevernet Is latest version v0.10.0 solved your issue with pagination big tables? I have the same issue now with table > 2 500 000 rows.

Server generator: Request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

The issue is exist is we open editor.swagger.io by `https` but everything works if we open editor by `http` (http://editor.swagger.io)

There are some request for this issue in Redmine feature list [request](http://www.redmine.org/issues/3726), but recent version does't have natively support. I found another redmine [plugin](https://github.com/twinslash/redmine_tracker_accessible)

@zfilin Sorry I can't recommend any other plugin. Project **redmine_tracker_accessible** seems not supported.

Missing helper file helpers/track_control_helper.rb

Just rename plugin folder default "redmine_track_control-redmine2" to "redmine_track_control"
