I don't think the charging is possible to affect since it's controlled by the AXP192. You got the schematics [here](https://github.com/Xinyuan-LilyGO/LilyGo-LoRa-Series/tree/master/schematic).
I just mean that the chance is slim that you disable the charging led when changing the board type from the dropdown. If the light is there with one board...
