NPM Audit Fix

I created a [fork ](https://github.com/MichaelJGW/gulp-base64)with the security fixes and will remove it once these are addressed. If you want to use the fixes use `npm i gulp-base64-updated`

CODE and CURSOR command creation overriding VSC

I just removed the code and code.cmd files from the bin folder `/mnt/c/Users/Michael/AppData/Local/Programs/cursor/resources/app/bin/code` the command `code` is pointing to VSCode again.
