Fix error when setting Default Retention Policy

Fixes issue #35 Also fixes the name of the dialog when altering Retention Policy

Ticking the default checkbox either on an existing Retention Policy, or when creating a Retention Policy gives the error:  

**Describe the bug** Using a tree with the `initialOpen`, and changing any of the values within the tree causes the whole tree to reset and revert to the initial state....
