Would it be possible to unlist all 1.0.0-* nuget packages? Like https://www.nuget.org/packages/AngleSharp/1.0.0-alpha-844 For me it was quite confusing at first to see an 1.0.0 that is older than 0.17.x

I have chosen to go with https://github.com/AngleSharp/AngleSharp and this issue is no longer relevant to me. If you want to close it, feel free to do so.

This is the intended behavior, although not really user friendly. For 2. you are supposed to hit the `Install from VSIX` button. https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/extension-gallery#_install-from-a-vsix
