Problem with the Plus Sign and Some Emojis

I'm looking for the obj-c and swift call to add opponent message. How could I add this in a void or action?

Hey, Beautiful code but I noticed if you put a emoji as the first characters the rest of the alpha characters don't show up. Could you look into this?
