I can confirm this is a real issue for many files. "meshes\landscape\bridges\bridge01.nif" and others. You do nothing wrong, that vcpkg-ports is deleted indeed, and the original CommonLibSF repo is dropped, no longer functional. If you want a working repo, navigate to [the new one](https://github.com/libxse/commonlibsf/tree/main).
