No it doesn't. You asked if it was possible, I showed what I tried and it wasn't working. But it would be a nice addition.

It's the same error as Dirk got with his attached file. More people have this and we all use different templates. Can you attach a file where it does work?

This feature applies to more Entities. For example: IfcsurfaceFeature. It is not possible to assign this in a loadable Family.
