Implement to_date, from_date & txTypesget_transactions()

get_transactions() currently doesn't accept the above parameters and needs to be implemented.

Get some doccos into readthedocs or something similar http://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html

Add examples to demo how to use the library
