I have the same issue with gtx4090. I tried using pytorch with 11.7, 11.8, nightly. Nothing works.

I also had to do: /ftbquests editing_mode true and then click on the Reset Progress and then Complete Instantly  Don't forget to do: /ftbquests editing_mode false afterwards
