Import Error: No module named '_mask'

In _`download_and_convert_data.py'_ there is an error coming **ImportError:** No module named 'libs.datasets.pycocotools._mask' which is a _CSource_ file

where is the trained model stored after training. Can I use the snapshots such as flownet_iter_xxxx.caffemodel for testing the net?
