Are you using Firebase UI (or lib-phonenumber, or another client-side phone verification) to ensure the phone number is valid before triggering the reCAPTCHA flow?
@lsamaria - Have you '[whitelisted the test phone number](https://firebase.google.com/docs/auth/android/phone-auth#whitelist-phone-numbers-and-verification-codes)' and registered this as a test phone number?
