Thanks for documenting this, I'm experiencing this too I'm using Duckstation, and the dialogue glitch is specifically when PGXP Geometry Correction is enabled

Windows: Can't get past the `Logging in and updating...` screen

I found logging in with `steamcmd +login ` helps prod steam-tui along. In case it's relevant, I was prompted to input the 2fa code from the steam guard app.
