Sure, you can emulate ARM64 in x64 hardware thanks to QEMU. (exactly the same principle as the pipeline I updated for both repos) You can inspire yourself from [this article](https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ARM64/QEMU)....
Last build still failing but I think you need to investigate a bit more. Let me know if I can help with my limited knowledge... PS: found an easy arm...

I simply used this command: ssh-keygen -t ecdsa -b 521 -C "[email protected]" and the key length correspond to what I have more or less (10 lines private key)
Seems something changed in the key algorythm since and that new genereated keys work but not old ones...
