Could you say more about what the "OSM Bicycle Routing Tiles" are? Do they have a standard URL like the usual OSM tiles?

I _think_ it is not possible to have the ticks display latitude and longitude because the mapping from lat/long space to "web mercator" space is non-linear. Or, rather, surely this...
