i would like to use your library inside my code. how should i install it?

When i toggle off Location on device settings and then toggle on "requestLocationUpdates" does not return. looks like there is no any communication between the Locations api and my app....

I try it on Samsung galaxsy s7 with N (7.0). it is looks like nothing is happend.
