Theme not working on powercord

I installed the theme in every way that i could find but when i enable it it changes the color to a black background in the settings and nothing else...

No plugins show up in the settings

I tried to install 2 plugins even one that says on the github page that it supports powercord via bdCompact and neither of them show up in the settings so...
