Twitter does not plan to deprecate v11 right now. Twitter will continue supporting v11 and v12 for the foreseeable future. [Twitter Ads/Versioning](https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-ads-api/versioning) will be updated to reflect this soon.
