Add Callbacks for logging and/or performing custom operations after every generation

This would be a great feature, e.g., for MLflow to track metrics across generations. What would be required to implement this?

I'm running into the same issue on Mac. Pinning `pykerberos` to v1.1.14 seems to fix it, but this seems like it needs to be solved by updating dependencies in `setup.py`.

I encountered the same problem in Python 3, so this is not a pure Python 2 issue.

This PR has been open for three years now: https://github.com/eofs/django-rest-framework-proxy/pull/33 So I wouldn't expect this bug to be fixed anytime soon. 🤷

Add country as input parameter

When origin/destination are given, the country would be easy to infer, obviously.
