Strange disconnect in 2D in -X+Y and +X-Y quadrants

I have the same issue. @WardBenjamin has anyone figured this out privately, because I don't see any posts here?

Reverted to .NET 6 to fix. All the other plugins installed and appeared to work fine without this revert.
