devtools does not show. it's blank

I have a similar question the react devtools is blank and can't toggle, I resolve it by installing react-devtools: `yarn global add react-devtools@^4.22.0`.

Redux devtools blank after clicking Trace on undefined action, and reinstalling did not fix the issue

The same as I, I installed react-devtools to resolve it: `yarn global add react-devtools@^4.22.0`
