Loading followers from other instances

When looking at the Following list of someone (John Gruber) with over 300 people he’s following, I only get 6 results 

Timestamps on notifications showing for toot that was just posted "in 0 sec", instead better to see "Just now" 

in-app browser has no back or done button

Pressing reply and then cancel, doesn’t work 🤔 

It would be really helpful when you have multiple servers/accounts configured if their icons weren’t all listed on the left hand controls/icons, some of them are private and I’d rather...
