Best to use the [latest release](https://github.com/Marginal/QLVideo/releases/latest) if you're using macOS 12 or later. Finder/QuickLook can be picky. Please refer to the [troubleshooting](https://github.com/Marginal/QLVideo/wiki/Troubleshooting) guide to check that your settings are correct.

I upgraded to macOS ~Vista~ Tahoe and I can reproduce this issue.
