Possible fix for Issue #14. Removed the 'c' from the calls of ALL_CINT_FORTRAN_ and ALL_CINT1E_FORTRAN_ and uncommented from the lisp script and manual C code. This version builds without warnings/errors...

Why is the "ALL_CINT_FORTRAN_" macro commented out for the autogenerated code?

I see they are not commented out in libcint. Is it safe to just uncomment them in the gen-code.cl script? If not, what is the reason for the reduced compatibility...

Disk activity not showing for BTRFS partitions since version 1.4.5

Suspect this has to do with #1249, but I do not know. All I know is that the disk activity no longer shows for my BTRFS root/home partition and another...
