I saw in the documentation that the `uint` type is not 32-bit unsigned integer, but a 31-bit one. What is the point of it? Is there any way to use...

Added event Off methods to client.

I need to unregister events on the client, and there is probably more people that will need it too. It was already developed for server, but not for client.
