I've seen this issue when the server requires a client certificate (which sslscan doesn't have), but I think a number of things could cause it. If it's still an issue...
Some TLS 1.2 (and earlier) ciphers have two names - an IANA (standard) name and an OpenSSL name. OpenSSL pre-dates the IANA standard, but IANA names are more common now....
