@przemerr this is due to failed websocket connection, which should be resolved by service, if you reload the page at times it succeed to connect.

For Sapphire phase the ability to update generator key is removed and moved to next phase. Thus, motivation `Enable users to update generator key of an existing delegate` is removed.

Moving issue #4384 to https://github.com/LiskHQ/lisk-desktop/issues/4034 as this task depends on actual API integration for writing e2e test.

This pull request can not be merged unless the change API objective is completed to support the way login to account to be able to create transaction or access endpoints....

Currently, this objective is suspended due to low priority, we will reassess this objective later this year and un-suspend if required.

As part of roadmap ideas we consider this proposal and add it to roadmap, we will implement this feature based on priority.
