Project: -Updated Android Gradle plugin and Gradle versions LocationUpdatesForegroundService: -Updated Android Gradle plugin and Gradle versions -Removed deprecated content (excepting this one #218) -Partly refractored files -Added android.useAndroidX=true to gradle.properties
