Disable mousewheel on edit boxes

Would it be possible to disable the mouse wheel on the edit fields ? E.g. device/settings/debounce. It often changes numeric values to unexpected ones when I try to scroll down...

Feature Request: shortcut or simpler actions access

Currently the extension actions are accessible in context menu "Context Menu -> Extensions -> Copy Request Response -> ..." what is too deep for good workflow, for what the plugin...
