I've made the task more configurable by adding `environment`, `systemProperties`, `minHeapSize`, `maxHeapSize`, and `jvmArgs`. I've made `environment` inherit inheritable env variables from its parent similar to how `DefaultJavaForkOptions` handle it....

I can confirm that I'm encountering the same problem when using both Temurin JDK 17 & 21. The problem can be avoided when running the IDE as administrator.
