bdfconv.exe 和新版u8g2不兼容

u8g2 更新了unicode 查表方法，而仓库提供的bdfconv.exe还停留在2017年。 https://github.com/olikraus/u8g2/wiki/u8g2fontformat 转换自己的map文件时会导致不显示。但是转换仓库提供的map文件时却能正常显示。
