Misleading error message when using deploy

@cppforlife we used the exact same command with `build create -b` instead of `deploy -s`. After that we got the error message written above. The build create and deploy command...

knctl deploy -p path/to/app.war

We stumbled across the same issue and solved it via specifying the `--template-env` `PACK_APP_ZIP`.
