1.1.4版本的中文转符号存在问题

1.1.4版本的`opencc/symbol_word.txt`中214、215这两行符号前面是空的，在rime部署时会导致fcitx吃满内存，去除这两行之后再部署就正常了。 似乎可以解决 #74 的问题？
