Created a ticket (MTTSA-94) to fix this.
Sorry we currently don't have the bandwidth to help with custom transport implementation. I'd suggest asking on Forums or Discord if there are other community members who are interested in...
The discovery uses the UnityTransport. I suggest installing the `com.unity.netcode.adapter.utp` package and using the UnityTransport component instead of the UnetTransport that way you don't have to change any code.
I haven't worked on the WebSocketTransport and I don't work at Unity anymore so I'm not sure what's wrong here. Maybe the websocket transport for some reason passes empty messages...
We currently don't have any plans to deploy our transports on OpenUPM. Why would you prefer OpenUPM over adding the package by git url?
We do not have time to work on this, but adding this feature to the Ruffles transport would be a welcome addition.
Looks like Ruffles or the transport does not properly use the SocketTask from MLAPI. Contributions are welcome to fixt this.
@quantumsheep would you happen to know what's not working?
We don't have time to work on a Oculus P2P transport but contributions are welcome.
What error are you encountering?
