所以这个问题有可以解决的方案吗，gitalk好像很久没更新了

rtree_partitioning.ipynb works more poorly than 'cskch99/pyspark' based on his spiral dataset with outliers

Better parameter tuning is needed, as we known the requirement on parameters is different among our strategies, and rtree way is more suitable for unbalanced datasets.
